If your child has cerebral palsy or you are concerned that your child may have been injured by birth trauma, please call our office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Central time to speak with a birth trauma case manager. If calling after these hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. If you have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please call during normal business hours and ask for the chief birth trauma case manager.  To facilitate helping you, please consider providing the below information before you call (but this is not necessary and you may call without completing below, additionally, completing this section may not result in a call from our office, a call is required to initiate a case review).  Call toll free at 888-775-0000 or call 417-890-8888, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Central time to speak with a birth trauma case manager.
